Please contact us well in advance if you need an earlier check-in or later departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Late departures without due notice will impact security refund.

All weeks are charged a 9% Maine sales tax. Occupancy is limited to 2 adults and up to 2 children. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation - Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
