Visit Red's Garden, a private, comfortably furnished one-bedroom cottage located just four miles from downtown Bar Harbor. A short drive from the many activities offered in town, your quiet vacation retreat will await your return.
Relax and enjoy the breeze on the big back porch after a day's exploration of our beautiful island. Bring your binoculars and watch the eagles and falcons soar over the valley to the east. Most dogs welcome - chat with owner. Additional deposit required.
Floor Plan
Red’s Garden is a lovely 26 foot by 28 foot single story cottage style home with an 8 x 20 foot open porch surrounded by plants. The floor plan includes a queen sized bedroom, living room, combination bathroom/laundry, and an open style kitchen with dining section separated by a half wall. Our kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, freezer, toaster, lobster-pot, spices, cooking utensils and dishwasher. Our living area is comfortable for relaxing after your busy day. It has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The house will sleep a maximum of four people.
Rental Rates
(Weekly Only, Sat-Sat June-September)
June - September: $1,400 per week
Winter rates: $225 per night, minimum 3 night stay. + tax and deposit
Long-term off-season availability October through mid-May.
Plus Maine Lodging Tax & Security Deposit
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Please contact us well in advance if you need an earlier check-in or later departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Late departures without due notice will impact security refund.
Cancellation policy:
There is a $250 cancellation fee. If you must cancel, I will do my best to re-book your week. If I am able to do so, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. The more notice I have, the better the chances your space can be filled.
