Please contact us well in advance if you need an earlier check-in or later departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Late departures without due notice will impact security refund.

Due to the new lawn, the cottage is not expected to be available to rent until June 27, 2026. The cottage is expected to be available from June 27 - October 17, 2026.

In Season Rental Cost:
June 27-August 29, 2026: $1250.00 plus tax

Off Season Rental Cost:
August 29-October 17, 2026: $1150.00 plus tax

During In and Off Season, rental rate is for 4 People.
Additional 1-2 people allowed at $70/week per person. Cottage sleeps 6.

*Add 9% Maine lodging tax • All rates subject to change • No Pets • No Smoking
Note: Stairs to the second floor bedroom are steep - caution for young children and elderly.
Additional guests over 4 by permission only • Extra $70 per night charge per additional guest over 4
