Beech Hill Pond covers over 1350 acres and is a high quality cold water sport fishing lake. There is easy access to year round outdoor activities including swimming, sunbathing, boating, canoeing, fishing and lots of quiet! During the fall months, foliage on the lake is spectacular. Turtle Cove is conveniently located one mile from Otis General Store where they serve breakfast and lunch from their deli can be an added bonus for on the run eating or carry out. The Cottage is approximately 2 miles from the Green Lake National Fish Hatchery (GLNFH) - a large scale, cold water, enhancement facility. It is part of the Maine Fisheries Complex located in Orland, Maine. Green Lake NFH was built in three phases with original construction in 1973, a second phase of construction in 1976, and addition of the water treatment plant in 1978. Tours are available.
Turtle Cove has many stay at home offerings but should you prefer to travel the area we supply maps and brochures for those looking for adventures. |

View 12 Month Availability Calendar *All weeks are charged a 7% Maine lodging tax A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation plus a $350 security deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, deposits less a booking fee of $50 will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the cottage. |
