To
confirm a reservation: Within 2 weeks of making
a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one-third the rental
amount (check or money order) along with a signed lease is required
to secure a reservation. Credit card information is requested
on the lease to act as a security deposit and for any additional
services used during time of stay. Final payment is due 30 days
in advance of arrival. Upon receipt of final payment, directions
will be provided and access to keys will be arranged.
At departure: Check out is by 10:00 AM. Late
departures may incur additional charges. Please notify us if departing
early for housekeeping's benefit. Please leave the premises in an orderly
condition (i.e. dishes washed and put away, refrigerator cleaned out,
used appliances cleaned, trash in trash cans, entertainment material
put away, etc.) If the premises cannot be prepared in time for the
next guest (4:00 PM) due to the need for excessive cleaning, additional
charges will be incurred. Your show of respect for the property while
using it is greatly appreciated.
Cancellations: If
you need to cancel after confirming, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
Failure to make final payment at least 30 days in advance of arrival
will be cause for termination of the reservation. Refund of any of
the final payment will be contingent upon the owner's ability to re-rent
the property for the same period. Any deviation from these policies
is at owner's discretion.
